These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and games organised by Eclipse Escape Rooms SRL, VAT/Tax ID (CUI) 54848841, Trade Register No. J2026037319007, with its registered office in Brașov, Romania, str. Sitei nr. 52 ("Eclipse Escape Rooms"). By making a booking and taking part in the game, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.1. INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT BOOKINGS
Bookings that contain incomplete or incorrect details, or that cannot be verified by our team, may be cancelled without prior notice. If the booking has already been paid online, the amount paid will be refunded to you.2. CHANGING OR CANCELLING A BOOKING
Our team will contact you approximately 30 minutes before your booking to confirm it. If you want to change or cancel your booking, please call us at +40772054990 at least 30 minutes before the booked time. If players do not show up and do not notify us within this time, Eclipse Escape Rooms reserves the right to refuse a new booking.3. HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
Bookings can be made online, through the booking form, by phone at +40772054990 or by email at [email protected]. In all cases, the booking will be confirmed by an email with all the details. If you have not received the confirmation, please contact us by phone at +40772054990.4. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND MINIMUM AGE
Escape games can be played by teams of 2 to 6 people. The minimum age for participation is 8 years, and minors take part with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If these rules are not respected, Eclipse Escape Rooms reserves the right not to start or to stop the game, without a refund.5. VIDEO AND AUDIO MONITORING
During the game, the game master watches the team live, via video and audio, in order to see which stage of the game the players are in, to give them the right hints and to intervene quickly in an emergency. Images and sound are not recorded or stored and no photos are taken during the game. More details in the Privacy Policy.6. MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS
Escape games are not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia, panic attacks, asthma, epilepsy, heart disease, people with implanted cardiac pacemakers or defibrillators, or people with other conditions that may get worse in enclosed spaces, in low light or with loud noises. Please let us know about any such situation before the game. People who choose to take part in these conditions do so at their own risk, within the limits provided by law.7. GAME SAFETY
Our rooms have been designed in compliance with the necessary safety measures, and the objects and elements inside are not dangerous when used according to the rules. Participants are liable for any damage caused by failing to follow the game rules or staff instructions, or by improper use of the objects.8. ALCOHOL, PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES AND SMOKING
Access to the game is strictly prohibited for people under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances, as well as for those carrying such substances or alcoholic drinks. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the premises. In case of non-compliance, the game will be stopped immediately, without a refund.9. USE OF PHYSICAL FORCE
Eclipse Escape Rooms games are based on intelligence, logic and attention to detail, without requiring physical force. The solutions do not involve damaging the furniture, decorations or equipment in the room. Intentional damage or destruction, or damage caused by not following the rules, will result in payment for the damaged items and for the time slot during which the room cannot be used.10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
Taking photos or video recordings of the room or of the objects in the room is allowed only with the staff's permission. Breaking this rule will lead to the game being stopped immediately, without a refund, and may result in legal liability for the persons involved.11. OBJECTS MARKED "DO NOT TOUCH"
Any object in the room marked with a "Do not touch" sign does not contain clues and must not be moved or handled. Removing the markings or handling these objects is prohibited.12. LEAVING THE ROOM
The room doors are not locked. You can leave whenever you want by opening the door from the inside. In an emergency, follow the game master's instructions and the exit signs.13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Art. 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 (implementing Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings for a specific date and time, as these are leisure services provided on a specified date. For changes and cancellations, the rules in point 2 apply.14. GIFT VOUCHERS
- The gift voucher is valid for [12 months] from the date of purchase.
- It can be used for any room, up to the value or number of people stated on it.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused difference is not refunded.
- Since the voucher is not purchased for a fixed date, the buyer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used, and will receive a full refund.
- If the voucher is lost, we can reissue it based on proof of payment.15. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). Payment can be made online, by card, when booking, or on site, by card or in cash, at the end of the game. A fiscal receipt is issued for on-site payments, and an invoice on request.16. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For any complaint, you can write to us at [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible. If we cannot reach a solution, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through the ADR (SAL) platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.17. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.Last updated: 22.09.2026

The escape room is not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia, epilepsy or who have cardiac pacemakers or defibrillators, because the game takes place in an enclosed space and contains magnetic elements. If you have a chronic condition that may get worse in enclosed spaces, in the dark or because of loud noises, please contact us before making a booking.3. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN TAKE PART?
The escape room is designed for teams of 2 – 6 people.
In our experience, larger groups have a better chance of solving the puzzles within the allotted time.4. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARRIVE WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN ALLOWED?
To ensure the best experience and in line with our safety rules, the maximum number of participants per session is 6 people. If you arrive with more than 6 people, those above this number will be charged separately, at the price for a new group. Please contact us for further details and to discuss the available options.5. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE?
From the moment you enter the themed room, you and your team have 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and escape.6. AM I REALLY LOCKED IN THE ROOM?
No. The room door is not locked at any time during the game and you can leave whenever you want. The goal is to solve the puzzles, not to be locked in, so there is nothing to worry about.7. HOW DOES THE ESCAPE GAME WORK?
Each escape scenario has its own theme and an objective to complete. The puzzles are designed so that the first ones are easier, and the difficulty increases as the game progresses.8. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T MANAGE TO SOLVE ALL THE MYSTERIES AND ESCAPE?
At the end of the 60 minutes, our team will signal the end of the game. In that case, you can choose to find out the final solution to the puzzles or keep the mystery for another attempt.9. WHAT DO I DO IF I GET STUCK DURING THE GAME?
The game master watches the game live (video and audio, without recording) and can help you, at your request, with hints to guide you depending on the stage you are at. However, we will not reveal the final solution of the puzzle.10. CAN I PLAY THE SAME ROOM TWICE?
Of course, but we don't recommend it, because the experience of discovering clues and puzzle solutions is what makes the game so exciting.11. CAN I PLAY IF I AM PREGNANT?
Yes. Escape games do not require physical effort, and the door is not locked, so you can leave the room at any time and come back into the game. However, please let us know when you arrive and keep in mind the restrictions in point 2 (enclosed space, low light, sound effects).12. IS ECLIPSE ESCAPE ROOMS A FRANCHISE?
No. Eclipse Escape Rooms is a local brand from Brașov, operated by Eclipse Escape Rooms SRL.13. HOW CAN I BOOK?
Bookings can be made by filling in the form on the website or by phone at +40772054990. The easiest option is the online form, where you can see time slot availability in real time.14. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY BOOKING?
Yes. After you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you want to change or cancel your booking, you can call us at least 30 minutes before the original booking time.15. WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE?
If the delay is minimal, the length of the game will not be affected. We allow a 30-minute interval between bookings.16. HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay online, by card, when booking, or on site, by card or in cash, at the end of the game. For on-site payments you receive a fiscal receipt, and an invoice on request.17. WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS THAT ARE NOT ANSWERED HERE?

- Image and voice on the premises: in the reception area and in the game rooms, the game master watches the team live, via video and audio, in order to see which area of the room and which stage of the game the players are in, so that they can give the right hints, and for the safety of participants. Images and sound are NOT recorded or stored.3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS
- Booking and running the game, including giving hints: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Invoicing and accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Safety of participants and premises: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Answering questions and support: to reply to you when you contact us, whether about a booking or for general information.
- Statistics and online ad measurement: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).4. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, under contract and only to the extent necessary:
- Online booking platform
- Online payment processor (we have no access to your card details)
- Electronic invoicing service
- Online analytics and advertising services, only with your consent
- Google Maps and Google reviews displayed on the website
Some providers (for example Google) may also store data on servers outside the European Union, such as in the USA. These providers comply with the data protection safeguards approved by the European Union.
